Hi, I’m Tonya — the “cool mom” behind The Cool Mom (Literally).
When I’m not writing about midlife, motherhood, and my favorite finds. You can find me on the sidelines cheering for my 13-year-old son, Zach, during football and basketball season.

My husband, Brian, is my rock (and the official sideline snack carrier). We share our home with two lovable dogs — Diesel and Charlie — and one very opinionated cat named Mittens who thinks she runs the place.

Life here is a mix of:
